My excellent organisation skills and integration of IT tools have allowed me to carry out simultaneously projects of various scale and over 4 continents. Each one of them allowed me to establish and maintain trusted, constructive and effective working relationships with each stakeholder: from operational teams to C-level management. I take pride in being acknowledged as a dedicated, insightful and creative person, able to innovate, improve processes, identify opportunities and implement solutions aligned with the company’s DNA in order to meet business plans and customer excellence service policies. My leadership skills enable me to foster a result driven and collaborative team spirit environment as I naturally lead, motivate and focus team member’s talents with a special care for each individual's growth.
